We're not short of Punky
type bands out there at
the moment, but The
Academy Is.. are much
more Dashboard
Confessional than Good
Charlotte. They actually
have some talent, and
they take it and use it
seriously. Put that
talent together with
great melody like that
on this single 'Slow
Down' and you have a hit
on your hands. The
elements needed have
really come together
here to make a great
song. Keep up the good
work.
