The only kind of modern glam rock we've been receiving of recent has come from The (Glorious) Darkness. But there is more to the genre than hair and guitars. Think Ziggy Stardust, think Velvet Goldmine… This is Adam Evil & The Outside Royalty. From the intro to 'Get Ready (Get Right)', you could be forgiven for thinking that maybe Foo Fighters and David Bowie had joined forces. Until everything gets a bit blurry, and suddenly you're transported back to that most extravagant decade, The Eighties. They're taking what Do Me Bad Things have started just a few steps further. With this album melody is king, and the unpredictable is expected. Almost too bloody awesome to be true.
