Hi, I’m Sarah and together with Aimee, own and run Music4m… pronounced ‘Music Forum’. (See how we did that?)

I’m completely and utterly music mad and have an obsessive nature, which are fine qualities to have when you are running a website like this! Like everyone involved with Music4M we do this purely for our love of music.

My favourite artists and bands of all time are Joni Mitchell, Ani DiFranco and Pixies. Other bands and artists I love are Kristen Hersh, Placebo, The Mars Volta, Lou Rhodes and many more depending on my mood.

I have major issues on the subject of ‘The Beatles’….. but wont go there. I love festivals and gigs and believe that if a band  can create a connection  with you then  they have done their job...to me that's what music is about.

Having worked in Music PR and writing music reviews myself I soon came to realise the frustrations so many talented bands have in order to reach the success they deserve. Unless of course they have a huge wad of cash in their back pockets. Thats why it’s so cool to be able to provide people with an impartial view on who’s really out there in the music scene and whos rockin!

Our writers are the best. They are right in the thick of it, they know their stuff, they are passionate and opinionated and most importantly they know a good tune when they hear one!
